We are seeking an experienced Civil Planning Manager with proven expertise in UAE-based villa developments and high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling project timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Scheduling
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Prepare baseline programs, recovery programs, and revised schedules.
- Establish Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for villas and high-rise projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for integrated planning.
Monitoring & Control
- Track project progress against approved baseline schedules.
- Conduct delay analysis (EOT claims, time impact analysis).
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Cost & Resource Planning
- Coordinate with QS and commercial teams for cost-loaded programs.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Contractual & Stakeholder Coordination
- Review contract documents related to planning and scheduling.
- Support preparation of claims, variation orders, and extension of time submissions.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure adherence to UAE construction regulations and municipality requirements.
- Align project timelines with authority approvals (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- PMP / PMI-SP certification (preferred).
- 10–15+ years of experience in UAE construction industry.
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial planning role.

- Luxury villas
- G+ floors residential towers
- High-rise commercial buildings
