Civil Procurement Manager

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• 15–20 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a similar role or level of responsibility.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding a degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management.
• In-depth knowledge of construction equipment, materials, and supplies, with the ability to identify and evaluate qualified suppliers and vendors.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and ERP systems.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including proven negotiation capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and lead teams.
