Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Design and Engineering: Prepare engineering designs, specifications, and documents based on architectural drawings and models.
- Construction Supervision: Oversee construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Quality Control and Safety: Implement quality control measures and enforce safety procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Cost Control and Budget Management: Track project costs, manage budgets, and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate project activities and address issues.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the project.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, prepare progress reports, and manage financial reports.
