Civil Project Engineer

We are seeking a qualified Civil Project Engineer with strong experience in civil construction projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with Dubai Municipality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee civil construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Review and manage project documentation, including method statements, schedules, and technical reports.
• Ensure all works comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and applicable local building codes.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly.
• Support procurement and subcontractor coordination as required.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in civil construction or project engineering.
• Dubai Municipality accreditation .
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and site teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Project Engineer: 5 years (Preferred)
• Civil: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Dubai Municipality Accredation (Preferred)
