Job Summary
Burhan Oil and Trade Services is hiring a Civil Project Engineer / Estimator to support project estimation, planning, and execution activities for civil and infrastructure projects. The role involves preparing BOQs and estimates, coordinating site activities, and ensuring compliance with PDO standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor site progress and support project execution activities.
• Ensure compliance with PDO standards, HSE, and quality requirements.
• Support billing, IPCs, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4 to 7+ years of experience in civil construction or Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience in Oman and PDO projects preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
