Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction/engineering projects
- At least 5 years of experience in QA/QC management, preferably in real estate projects
- Experience in Oman/GCC region is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality management systems on-site
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
- Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks for Civil and MEP works
- Monitor and control non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on quality-related matters
- Ensure proper documentation, records, and reporting of QA/QC activities
Technical Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, installation processes, and testing standards (Civil/MEP)
- Familiarity with international standards (ISO, ASTM, BS, etc.)
- Experience in QA/QC documentation and reporting systems
- Understanding of local authority requirements and regulations in GCC/Oman
Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and procedures
- Support implementation of QA/QC audits and continuous improvement processes
- Work closely with HSE teams to ensure safe and compliant operations

Pay: RO400.000 - RO500.000 per month
