Job Summary

A leading Dubai-based construction company is urgently hiring an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage civil construction projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate must have extensive UAE construction experience and a proven ability to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Dubai-based construction company (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong experience in managing civil construction projects in the UAE
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai construction regulations, authority approvals, and safety standards
• Proven leadership and project management experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil construction projects from start to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress, quality control, and site safety compliance.
• Prepare project schedules, reports, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
• Resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and UAE construction regulations.
• Oversee procurement, material planning, and workforce management.

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced project environments.
