Civil Projects Manager – Luxury Villa Projects (Arabic Speaker)

Role Overview:

BG Group Company is actively seeking a results-driven Civil Project Manager to manage the entire lifecycle of luxury villa construction projects. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality expected in the high-end residential sector.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of villa construction projects.
• Manage teams of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and cash flows.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, authority standards, and safety norms.
• Prepare reports for senior management and clients.
• Represent the company in client meetings and authority visits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; PMP certification is a plus.
• 10+ years of construction experience with at least 5 years in luxury villa projects.
• Deep knowledge of construction methodologies and project controls.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction codes and practices.
