CIVIL QA/QC Engineer and QC Inspectors

Position: QA/QC Civil Engineers and QC Inspectors

Location: DUBAI

Experience: Minimum 5 Years in UAE/GCC

Are you a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Civil Engineer with a strong background in ensuring quality standards in construction projects? We are looking for a talented professional to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain PQP, quality assurance and quality control procedures for civil construction projects.

Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

Prepare and review quality documentation, including method statements, inspection reports, MIRs and test plans.

Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.

Monitor and report on the quality performance of projects, ensuring timely corrective actions.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of Civil QA/QC experience in High-Rise building, with UAE/GCC experience mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, methods, and quality standards.

Familiarity with international codes and standards (e.g., ASTM, ACI, BS, etc.).

Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
