Civil QA/QC Engineer – Industrial & Structural Projects

We are seeking an experienced Civil QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities on industrial building and structural construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in site inspections, ITP implementation, material approvals, and compliance with project specifications, international standards, and UAE authority requirements.

This role is critical to ensuring construction quality, regulatory compliance, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor project QA/QC plans, ITPs, and inspection procedures
• Conduct site inspections for civil works including concrete, foundations, structural elements, and finishing works
• Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards
• Inspect incoming materials and verify test certificates and compliance reports
• Issue and manage NCRs, corrective actions, and quality observations
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and third-party inspectors for approvals
• Monitor site works to ensure installations meet construction and engineering standards
• Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and quality records
• Support project close-out including as-built documentation and final inspections

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5–8 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects
• Strong experience in industrial buildings, structural works, or large-scale construction projects
• Solid understanding of concrete works, structural inspections, and construction quality procedures
• Familiar with ITPs, material inspections, method statements, and site quality audits
• Knowledge of international construction standards and UAE authority requirements
• Strong documentation, reporting, and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with main contractors on industrial or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of ISO quality management systems
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, QA/QC reporting tools, and construction documentation systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
