Location: Das Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Rotational Plan: 60 days on / 30 days off
Working Hours: 12 hours per day (including breaks)
Salary: AED 8,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Civil QA/QC Inspector for ADNOC offshore projects. The role involves inspection and quality assurance of civil works related to buildings, structures, pipe racks, and pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in civil construction standards, project specifications, and quality control practices in industrial and offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect civil construction works for compliance with project specifications, design drawings, and international standards.
  • Oversee construction of concrete buildings, structures, pipe racks, and associated civil infrastructure.
  • For pipeline projects, inspect trenching, backfilling, berm construction, and right-of-way (ROW) activities.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, NCRs, and documentation for client approval.
  • Coordinate with contractors, project teams, and client representatives to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Monitor work for adherence to approved drawings, safety protocols, and project timelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
  • 3-year Diploma or 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience:
  • Diploma: Minimum 8 years industrial QA/QC experience in civil works.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum 6 years industrial QA/QC experience in civil works.
  • Must have worked on at least 2 major projects, including 1 project as a Site Civil Inspector.
  • For pipeline civil inspection, a valid UAE Driving License is required.

  • Strong knowledge of civil construction standards, techniques, and inspection procedures.
  • Familiarity with offshore and industrial civil works.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork capabilities.
