Job Title: Civil Jr. Safety Officer

Education: Any Graduate or Certified in Safety Management Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Location: Pune Aundh

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures specific to civil construction activities.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and site audits to identify unsafe practices and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with legal and organizational health and safety regulations.
• Deliver safety induction training for new workers and toolbox talks for ongoing awareness.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure it is worn appropriately.
• Liaise with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to enforce safe work practices.
• Maintain records of safety-related activities, including inspections, incidents, permits, and training.
• Coordinate with emergency services and participate in drills and emergency response planning.
