Civil Site Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and maintain quality and safety standards on site. The role involves supervising contractors, managing resources, and coordinating with project stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor construction activities at the site to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Review and interpret project drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, records, and progress documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of resources.
• Inspect and test materials, equipment, and workmanship for quality control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties or challenges at the site.
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Site Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
