Civil Site Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineers at both junior and senior levels to join our growing team. The role involves managing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, material, and machinery utilization at site.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, architects, and consultants.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, and documentation.
• Support planning and scheduling activities for timely project execution.
• Resolve technical/site issues and escalate when required.
• For senior roles: Lead site teams, mentor juniors, review work progress, and manage client/consultant interactions.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience:
• Junior Site Engineer: 0–3 years
• Mid-level: 3–5 years
• Senior Site Engineer: 6+ years
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
