Civil Site Engineer (G+1)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise swimming Pool & Landscape Projects and manage daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure all site works are carried out in accordance with DM regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, work progress updates, and necessary documentation.
• Handle inspections and approvals with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities.
• Resolve technical issues and provide effective site solutions.
• Prepare material requisitions as per site requirements and coordinate timely arrangement of materials through the procurement team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid Dubai Municipality G+1 Engineer Approval (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in site supervision and execution.
• Strong knowledge of DM regulations, construction methods, and project execution.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
