Job summary

The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget. The role requires close collaboration with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver quality residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and safety protocols.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and verify that the work done on site meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of project activities.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and prepare detailed reports highlighting any deviations from planned milestones.
• Resource Management: Ensure optimal use of resources, materials, and manpower on the site to maximize efficiency.
• Software Proficiency: MS-Office, Auto-CAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in the residential sector.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree related to the field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to large-scale residential projects
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
