Job Title: Civil Manager
Location: Mumbai (Central & Western Line)

Reports To: [Project Head / Director / Senior Management]
Salary budget 15,000/- to 20,000/-

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee, plan, and manage all civil engineering and construction activities. The role involves managing site execution, project planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, quality assurance, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and supervise all civil construction and infrastructure activities.

Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and statutory regulations.

Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely execution of projects.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams for smooth workflow.

Monitor daily progress, resolve site-related issues, and escalate concerns if required.

Maintain proper documentation, progress reports, and project records.

Conduct quality checks to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and standards.

Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance at all project sites.

Train, guide, and supervise site engineers and project staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering ( BE in Civil ).

6 months to 2 years of experience in civil engineering/construction project management.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and building codes.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in vendor negotiation, budgeting, and cost control.
