Civil Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise the overall project execution and progress as per the project schedule and plan.
• Participate in technical and coordination meetings with design departments and contractors to resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Site inspections, quality control, and HSE awareness.
• Regulatory compliance and design resolutions, ensuring the project’s compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications
• Resolving design and development problems
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and updates.
• Review shop drawings developed by the contractor.
• Ensure coordination between architecture, civil, and MEP departments for any revision.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Holder (Civil).
• Minimum 3 years UAE working experience in residential, commercial, hospitality projects in Consultancy firm.
• Solid knowledge of engineering practices, construction methods, and multidisciplinary coordination (architecture, civil, and MEP).
• Strong background in quality control, site inspections, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Familiarity with local regulations, international codes, and industry standards to ensure full project compliance.
• Strong personality and good leadership skills.
• Arabic Speaker is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license
