Civil Site Engineer

Position: Site Engineer – Fitout

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in Interior Fit-out projects
Industry: Interior Design / Fitout / Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute interior fit-out works at site according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Supervisors, and Subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor daily site activities, ensuring work progress aligns with schedule and quality standards.
• Ensure proper implementation of health and safety regulations at the site.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate project updates to management.
• Manage materials, manpower, and equipment requirements for site execution.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure rectification of defects before handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers regarding site issues and design clarifications.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, project timelines, and cost control measures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in interior fit-out, joinery, and finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings, materials, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure.

• Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
