Finishing Site Engineer

ob Purpose:

To handle all site erection activities related to structural steel works, ensuring timely execution, quality workmanship, and strict adherence to project and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control all steel erection and alignment works at site.
• Review drawings and ensure correct assembly and orientation of steel members.
• Plan daily activities and allocate manpower, tools, and equipment effectively.
• Coordinate with fabrication yard, logistics, QC, and safety departments.
• Ensure proper use of lifting equipment and compliance with HSE procedures.
• Inspect bolting, welding, and connections to meet project specifications.
• Maintain site progress reports, material tracking, and work documentation.
• Resolve site-level issues and provide technical guidance to the erection team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in steel structure erection projects.
• Sound knowledge of rigging plans, erection sequences, and safety norms.
• Capable of managing multi-skilled erection crews.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
