Finishing Site Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Finishing Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finishing works on construction projects, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the finishing works on-site, including drywall, flooring, painting, and other related tasks.

- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.

- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to resolve any issues that arise during the finishing phase.

Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of experience in finishing works within the construction industry.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects is a plus.

- Strong understanding of construction processes and finishing techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
