We are currently expanding our talented team in Egypt and seeking experienced Planning Engineers to contribute to our ongoing success.


About the Role:


As a Planning Engineer at ACC, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our diverse portfolio of regional projects. You will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze critical paths and provide regular schedule updates and reports.
  • Prepare progress reports, earned value analysis, and other relevant project control documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to effective communication and coordination.
  • Identify and analyze potential risks and opportunities related to project schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in project planning and scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6 and power BI .
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
