Senior Expediting Engineer

To ensure the on-time delivery of the proper material complete with verification documents to project Sites.

• Job Responsibilities :

• Receive PO acknowledgement and execution milestone
• Attend the Kick-off meeting, summarize the required documents and PO bassline schedule
• Maintain an expediting file for each PO, which would be used throughout the project period
• Monitor documents/drawings submittals and approvals from discipline engineer to facilitate on-time manufacture release.
• Monitor the supplier payment process to ensure the facilitates of our financial obligation to avoid negative/effect delays of suppliers.
• Monitor the supplier progress and highlight any deviation from the PO time and meet the project need date.
• Provide delay analysis for each package, in case of delay, and cost/time impact to be applied on the supplier
• Coordinate for the occurrence of FAT along with all Internal and External Stakeholders.
• Alignment with the Logistic for the delivery time

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering, “Electrical, Mechanical, Civil”.
• +5 years of experience in related field.
• EPC project's experience is a must
