Real Estate Development Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Development Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating project planning, managing budgets, liaising with regulatory bodies, and ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies for potential projects, including site assessments, cost estimates, and risk analyses.
• Collaborate with architects and design teams to develop and review project plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial tracking, ensuring projects stay within scope and budget.
• Compile project data and prepare comprehensive project briefs.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Coordinate with the engineering department to ensure project licensing and compliance with technical requirements.
• Facilitate efficient coordination among multiple projects to streamline execution.
• Provide the Marketing team with necessary project data and materials to support ongoing campaigns.
• Support in developing strategies to enhance sales activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure seamless communication.
• Support the community department in renovation and enhancement initiatives for existing projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering .
• 3+ years of experience in real estate development, design management, or a related engineering role.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
