Job Description:
We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in the building construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing civil works at project sites while ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all civil site activities and daily progress.
• Review structural and architectural drawings and ensure implementation as per approved plans.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and subcontracting teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and workmanship meet project and quality requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction sector (preferably building projects).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to prepare and review drawings.
• Strong knowledge of site supervision, structural works, and finishing coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

Salary:
