Job Title: Civil Site Engineer (Landscape Projects)

Location: Riyadh – Qiddiya Project

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Site Engineer with a strong background in landscape construction to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative and large-scale landscape projects at one of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious developments. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site works are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities for landscape projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to specification.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications related to landscape design.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress , quality control measures, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys , prepare progress reports, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Manage materials, manpower, and resources efficiently to maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations, environmental guidelines, and company standards .

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Civil Site Engineer.
• Proven track record in landscape construction project management .
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and landscaping principles .
• Proficiency in project management and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills .
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve problems under tight deadlines.
