civil site engineer

Job description:

• Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other site staff for smooth workflow.
• Measure quantities and assist in preparing bills and estimates.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site discipline.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship.
• Assist in project planning and scheduling.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical inputs as required.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned works within budget and quality parameters.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in civil site execution, supervision, or project management.
• Preferred Background: Building construction / roads / infrastructure projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic level), and site documentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under deadlines.

• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Willingness to work at site locations as required.
• Must be a team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,656.55 - ₹43,189.99 per month
