The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and coordinate all civil construction activities on site.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress, report on delays, and manage necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise on-site.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily logs, and documentation.

Requirements

• 1+ year of proven professional experience in a Site Engineer or similar role within the Civil Engineering field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (essential).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
