Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with experience in villa construction to oversee site activities, ensure project compliance, and deliver high-quality results on time.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for villa construction projects.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Resolve site issues promptly and efficiently to avoid delays.
• Review and verify material submittals, shop drawings, and inspection requests.
• Ensure quality control of workmanship and materials used on site.
• Participate in site meetings and assist in planning construction schedules.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in villa or infrastructure projects
