Civil Site Engineer

Must have expericne in Building / Housing project and Finishing work
Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Monitoring & Work Supervision:
• Oversee daily construction activities (RCC, masonry, finishing, etc.).
• Ensure work is as per drawings, BOQ, and quality standards.
• Material & Labour Management:
• Inspect material quality (cement, steel, bricks, etc.) and track inventory.
• Manage labour deployment, attendance, and productivity.
• Drawing & Problem-Solving:
• Read and interpret drawings.
• Identify site issues (delays, quality defects) and resolve them promptly.
• Reporting & Coordination:
• Submit daily progress reports to directors.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and architects for smooth execution.

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in residential/colony projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD basics, construction techniques, and safety norms.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines with minimal supervision.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• For Civil Supervisor: ITI/Diploma in Civil with 2-3 years in housing projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
