Civil Site Engineer

• Proficient in construction supervision for industrial sheds and warehouse projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, work sequencing, and daily activity planning.
• Skilled in material management, including tracking, ordering, and ensuring timely availability of resources.
• Experience in machinery & equipment handling, including coordination of JCB, Boom Loader & other rental equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (architectural, structural & fabrication).
• Skilled in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and estimation.
• Good understanding of quality control procedures and construction standards.
• Knowledge of safety practices, hazard identification, and enforcing site safety rules.
• Capable of preparing daily progress reports (DPR) and maintaining site documentation.
• Effective coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site-related software.
• Manage day-to-day activities on construction sites for sheds and warehouse projects.
• Supervise civil, steel fabrication, roofing, flooring, and finishing works.
• Ensure execution as per drawings, technical specifications, and project schedule.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Plan, arrange, and track materials like steel, cement, PEB components, roofing sheets, etc.
• Maintain material stock registers and reduce wastage.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve shortages.
• Arrange and manage rental equipment: JCB, Boom Loader, vibrators, cutting machines, etc.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery on site.
• Maintain equipment usage logs and coordinate with rental agencies.
• Review and interpret structural & architectural drawings for execution.
• Identify discrepancies and report to project engineers.
• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site photos, and work logs
• Assist project engineers in planning and scheduling activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams.
• Support in client meetings, audits, and inspections.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
