civil site engineer

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and standards
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
• Interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings
• Plan work schedules and monitor project progress
• Ensure quality control and conduct site inspections
• Manage materials, machinery, and manpower at site
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
• Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
• Resolve on-site technical issues and execution challenges

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Site management and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of surveying and estimation
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality procedures
• Communication and problem-solving skills

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
