Job Overview

Infinity Hub Technical Services L.L.C is hiring a Junior Civil Engineer to support site execution, coordination, and basic engineering tasks across our construction and technical service projects. This role is ideal for a motivated engineer looking to build strong site and project-handling experience under senior supervision.

The position focuses on learning, execution support, and discipline on site rather than independent project ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Site Support and Execution

• Assist in supervising daily site activities for civil, structural, and fit-out works.
• Support site supervisors and senior engineers in ensuring work follows approved drawings.
• Monitor basic site progress and report updates to the office.
• Help maintain discipline, cleanliness, and basic safety practices on site.

Technical Assistance

• Read and understand construction drawings with guidance.
• Assist in preparing basic material quantity take-offs.
• Support measurement of works executed at site.
• Help identify site issues and report them to senior staff for resolution.

Coordination and Documentation

• Coordinate with foremen and workers for daily task execution.
• Assist in maintaining site records such as daily reports and material logs.
• Support communication between site and office teams.
• Attend site meetings when required, mainly for learning and reporting.

Quality and Safety Support

• Follow company quality standards and site instructions.
• Assist in basic quality checks under supervision.
• Ensure safety instructions are followed on site and report unsafe practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

• B.Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects in the UAE or home country.
• Basic understanding of civil construction and site practices.
• Willingness to learn and work actively on site.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain reporting discipline.
• Basic communication skills in English. Hindi or Malayalam is an advantage.
• UAE driving license is a plus but not mandatory.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,000 - 2,500 per month.
• Visa and other benefits as per UAE Labour law.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Native or UAE as Civil Site Engineer.
• Strong knowledge in AutoCAD drawings 2D & 3D.
• Hands on experience in site supervision across multiple project types
• Candidate must be fluent in English & Hindi.
• Candidate who owns UAE Driving License is a plus.
