Job Description:

A Civil Site Engineer with over 5 years of experience in high-rise residential and commercial building constructions is a senior-level professional responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects. This role involves project planning, coordination, quality control, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage high-rise residential and commercial building construction projects from inception to completion, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Team Supervision: Oversee construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets design specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Design Review: Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and design drawings. Ensure that construction activities align with the design intent.

Materials and Equipment: Manage the procurement and logistics of construction materials, tools, and equipment. Monitor material usage and inventory.

Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe and secure work environment. Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and address safety concerns promptly.

Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to project managers and stakeholders, including project status, challenges, and potential deviations from the project plan.

Problem Solving: Identify and address construction-related issues, obstacles, and challenges in a timely manner. Collaborate with project teams to find effective solutions.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records, including daily construction logs, inspection reports, change orders, and project documentation.

Client Communication: Interact with clients, architects, and consultants to address project-related questions, concerns, and requests. Maintain positive client relationships.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and track expenses. Report any budget variances or issues to project management.

Permitting and Inspections: Manage the permitting process for construction work, schedule inspections, and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering or construction, with a focus on high-rise residential and commercial building construction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and methods for high-rise buildings.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Commitment to quality control, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
• Effective communication skills for interactions with diverse project stakeholders.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools for project management and documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project conditions.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or other relevant certifications (if required in your region) is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
