Civil Site Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced civil engineer with a strong background in the industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in the UAE, specifically in Dubai, with a focus on residential villa projects. The applicant must demonstrate a thorough understanding of local regulations and standards.

Key Duties:

- Oversee the construction of villas in accordance with approved designs and specifications.

- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes.

- Collaborate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Prepare and review project documentation, including plans, reports, and budgets.

- Efficiently manage project timelines, resources, and financial aspects.

- Address any technical issues that may arise during the construction phase.

- Implement safety and quality control measures on-site.

- Coordinate the handover of completed projects to clients, ensuring all necessary rectifications are made according to project specifications.

- Inspect materials and ongoing work to ensure compliance with specified requirements.

- Provide information regarding variation orders and site instructions.

- Offer measurement and valuation services in conjunction with the project quantity surveyor when necessary.

Experience: Required UAE experience in the construction of residential villas.

Strong communication skills.
