the Job Title: Senior Civil Site Engineer (Finishing Works)

Experience:- 6to7years

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Civil Site Engineer – Finishing to oversee and manage all finishing activities at construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution of finishing works including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, joinery, and interior works, while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute all finishing activities as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure finishing works are completed as per the approved BOQ and project schedule.
• Monitor quality standards and conduct regular site inspections.
• Check alignment, level, and finish quality of plaster, tiles, marble, granite, painting, etc.
• Handle interior finishing works, including gypsum ceilings, partitions, carpentry, aluminum works, glazing, etc.
• Ensure proper waterproofing works in toilets, terraces, and basements.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management regularly.
• Ensure material quality and proper storage at site.
• Verify contractor bills and measurements.
• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with company safety norms.
• Resolve technical issues related to finishing works

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques.
• Good understanding of construction drawings (Architectural & Structural).
• Knowledge of quality control procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and labor teams.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
