Civil Site Engineer

Position: Civil Site Engineer

*Manage and grow the safe and cost-effective operations of the business.

* Managing all the workforce, and quality assurance.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with the team, management, and stakeholders.

* Manage the projects and site team successfully and collaboratively.

* Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with Employer, Project Managers, consultants/engineers, subcontractors, and governmental agencies.

* Responsible for the end-to-end management of the business's supply contracts and their external clients.

* Review all project documents, including project submittals, RFI’s, and shop drawings, for completeness and accuracy.

* Promote a team environment through active engagement and collaboration to achieve operational efficiencies, cost-saving and improved safety.

* Assist Superintendent with project set-up including site logistics.

* Responsible for managing project financials, billings, and cost procedures.

* Responsible for the financial oversight of field labor.

* Conduct team meetings, main contractor/consultant/employer meetings, presenting job cost, scheduling updates, and project status reports at regular intervals.

* Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety.

* Maximize and optimize the performance of people, plant, and fleet to deliver the highest customer service and performance outcomes.

* Manage project closeout.

* Attend company and industry events including meetings, trainings, workshops, etc.

* Construction finishing experienced (at least 1 year experience in Dubai required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
