Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities and ensure that projects are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines. The role requires strong supervision skills, coordination with teams, and the ability to handle day-to-day site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams
• Monitor project progress and maintain work schedules
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Prepare site reports, material requirements, and progress updates
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment at site
• Ensure timely completion of tasks within project deadlines
• Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
• Strong knowledge of site execution and construction practices
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Computer literate (MS Office, AutoCAD preferred)
• Ability to manage workforce and handle multiple site tasks
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
