Job Description – Civil Site Engineer (G+4 / G+12 Licensed)

Position: Civil Site Engineer

License Requirement: Dubai Municipality G+4 or G+12

Summary

A qualified Civil Site Engineer responsible for supervising on‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, and delivering projects within approved quality, safety, and timeline standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and the ability to manage day‑to‑day site operations efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities (Short)

• Supervise daily site activities as per approved drawings and standards
• Ensure compliance with DM regulations, safety rules, and quality requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution
• Review structural, architectural, and MEP drawings for accurate implementation
• Prepare daily reports, WIRs, MIRs, and required documentation
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
• Monitor manpower, materials, and progress to meet project timelines

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• work: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English, Hindi (Required)

License/Certification:

• DM License / Driving license (Required)
