Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of construction experience, with proven expertise in the execution and implementation of villa and residential projects, from structural works through finishing stages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Manage the implementation of villa construction works, including structural, architectural, and finishing activities.

- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Review drawings, identify technical issues, and provide effective site solutions.

- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Conduct site inspections, consultant inspections, and progress meetings.

- Manage manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently.

- Prepare site reports and update project management on progress and challenges.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.

- Proven experience in executing and implementing villa designs and residential developments.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and project coordination.

- Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per hour
