Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in Road or Infrastructure construction to plan, supervise, and execute construction projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained.
• Prepare project reports, BOQs, estimates, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE municipality regulations, safety requirements, and engineering standards.
• Manage project resources, materials, and manpower efficiently.
• Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
• Support project handover and completion processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction, building, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes, municipality regulations, and construction standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Membership in relevant engineering bodies is an advantage.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC and HSE requirements.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
