Civil Site Engineer

Urgently required Construction Site Engineer for Dubai based construction industry

We are looking for construction site engineer with strong field experience and full site ownership skills to oversee day-to-day construction activities on project sites. The ideal candidate must be highly experienced in construction execution and must have mandatory experience in the Dubai-based construction industry of 10 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the site to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain site productivity and smooth workflow.
• Monitor quality of workmanship, ensure compliance with project requirements, and address non-conformities.
• Review work progress against the project schedule and support updates to the construction plan.
• Ensure safety standards are followed on site and promote a strong safety culture.
• Verify quantities and track work completion for progress reporting and measurements where required.
• Ensure materials, workmanship, and installations meet project standards and contractual obligations.
• Support inspections, testing coordination, and documentation required for consultant/authority approvals.
• Manage site technical issues and provide practical solutions to keep construction on track.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in the Dubai construction industry is must
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and engineering practices on high rise building is must.
• Proven experience supervising construction works and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical documents, and project specifications.
• Strong understanding of quality control and site safety procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Experience working with consultants and supporting project handover documentation is preferred.
• Experience in high-rise / commercial / residential / civil projects.
• Proficiency with site reporting and basic planning tools (e.g., MS Excel/Project).
• UAE driving license (if site mobility is required).
