Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all day-to-day civil construction activities on site.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings and technical documents accurately.
• Have thorough knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and other UAE construction authority requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project management for smooth project execution.
• Resolve site-related technical and client issues professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and material estimates from drawings.
• Monitor site material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team for timely material delivery.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality, productivity, and compliance with project specifications.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower efficiently to achieve project milestones.
• Supervise site labor, maintain productivity, and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
• Record and submit labor attendance and overtime details accurately whenever applicable.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Coordinate with MEP teams and other disciplines to avoid construction conflicts.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and update management on project status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of DUBAI UAE construction experience as a Civil Site Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and other relevant UAE construction authority requirements.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute construction drawings independently.
• Experience in quantity take-off and material planning.
• Strong experience in site execution, labor management, and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving and client coordination skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Valid UAE Driving License is MANDATORY.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
