Civil site engineer

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer (Structural) with 3–6 years of UAE experience in high-rise residential building projects (minimum G+10) to oversee structural construction activities and ensure timely, quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise structural construction activities including excavation, foundations, substructure, superstructure, RCC works, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, and staircases.
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Monitor reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring, curing, and structural inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, QA/QC, MEP, planning, and technical teams for seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards, and Dubai authority requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests, material requisitions, and site documentation.
• Resolve technical and site execution issues while maintaining productivity and project timelines.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve efficient site operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–6 years of UAE experience in high-rise residential building construction with minimum G+10 project experience.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
