Civil Site Engineer (DM Approved for G+12 Building)

A civil construction engineer experienced in implementing high-rise projects in Dubai, including reviewing designs and tender documents, estimating quantities with the latest methods, creating construction (IFC) drawings such as various shop drawings and coordination drawings and as built drawings, conducting advanced site surveys and geotechnical reports, developing construction schedules, securing all necessary permits and licenses, and ensuring all preparations are complete before starting construction.

• Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate structural integrity and identify potential issues or hazards.
• Collaborate and coordinate with architectural and other engineering elements to develop innovative and efficient designs that meet project specifications.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, calculations, and documentation for clients and regulatory agencies.
• Utilize advanced software tools for modeling, simulation, and analysis of structural elements.
• Oversee construction processes, providing technical guidance and resolving any structural engineering challenges that arise.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution.
