Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer with a strong background in fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working on various fit-out assignments in the GCC region. The Civil Site Engineer will oversee project execution, ensure adherence to quality standards, and manage site activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily fit-out site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and manage any necessary adjustments.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Identify and resolve any site-related issues promptly, minimizing impact on project timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, progress updates, and compliance records.
• Ensure that all work adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Assist in managing project budgets and resources effectively.
• Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in fit-out projects within the GCC.
• Proven track record of successfully managing fit-out sites from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and relevant regulations.
• Valid UAE Driver's License is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
