Civil Site Engineer/ Project Site Engineer

We are hiring an experienced Civil Site Engineer / Project Site Engineer for a luxury interior, landscape, and turnkey execution company based in the UAE.

The candidate must have strong UAE site execution experience and be capable of independently managing residential and commercial projects from site coordination to execution and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure smooth execution of works as per drawings and specifications
• Handle BOQs, quantity estimation, and material coordination Monitor project timelines, quality, and site progress
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work is completed professionally with minimal errors and rework
• Coordinate authority permits, inspections, and approvals in the UAE
• Manage concrete extensions, civil modifications, and swimming pool-related works
• Coordinate with architects, designers, MEP teams, and vendors
• Maintain proper reporting, documentation, and site records Identify site issues proactively and provide practical solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years UAE experience in civil/site execution
• Strong experience in residential villas and commercial projects Knowledge of UAE authority procedures, permits, and inspections
• Experience in landscape-related civil works and swimming pools is preferred
• Ability to read drawings and execute accurately on site
• Strong subcontractor and manpower management skills Good communication and coordination abilities
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
