Civil Site Engineer(Fitout)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer – Fit-Out to manage and supervise interior fit-out projects, ensuring all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all fit-out activities including civil, architectural, and finishing works
• Review and implement approved shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
• Ensure works are carried out as per project specifications, quality, and safety standards
• Coordinate with MEP teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports
• Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available as per project schedule
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution issues
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities
• Assist in snagging, de-snagging, and handover of completed works
• Maintain proper site documentation and as-built drawings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

• Fitout : 2 years (Required)

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
