Civil Site Engineer/Supervisor

MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a contracting firm proving end-to-end for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing works. Our company is the sister firm of IZHAR construction company Pvt Ltd. MEP Solutions is seeking a full-time on-site Civil Site Engineer/Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and support in project to billing join our team in Islamabad at IT Park Project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Manage daily on-ground construction activities and ensure work complies with approved structural/architectural drawings and quality standards.
• Labor & Contractor Management: Direct the workforce, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain strict safety and discipline on site.
• Billing & IPC Support: Assist the project team by taking accurate site measurements, recording quantities, and preparing/verifying Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and progress reports.
• Quality & Progress Tracking: Monitor material consumption, prevent wastage, and report daily progress to senior management.Requirements

Qualification: B.E. Civil, B-Tech, or D.A.E. in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 5 years of proven field experience in structural and finishing works.

Skills: Strong command of site supervision, basic quantity estimation, and IPC/billing preparation. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is a plus.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
