Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman with more than 5 years of UAE experience in commercial and residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing labor, and ensuring works are carried out as per approved plans and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control site labor and daily construction activities.
• Execute work as per approved drawings, plans, and instructions from engineers.
• Allocate tasks to labor teams and ensure productivity and quality of work.
• Coordinate with the site engineer to achieve project milestones on time.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at site.
• Monitor site activities to maintain safety and discipline.
• Report daily site progress and issues to the site engineer/project manager.
• Coordinate minor material requirements and follow up for site needs.
• Ensure housekeeping and site cleanliness is maintained.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of UAE experience as a Foreman in commercial and residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction activities and site execution.
• Ability to manage labor teams efficiently.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
